  • So has anyone got there server delivered in 2days? How's support on quadix as compared to volume drive?

    Since I had bad experience with volume drive since they took over 2 weeks to deliver my server! And then I had to wait even longer cause they gave me the wrong server. I just don't if I should buy since quadix is part of volume drive

    Given the offer was only just posted maybe wait 2 days to find out. That would be Monday at the earliest.

  • I got one off of these a few days ago from a post on a different forum, the server was delivered with in 2 days.

    I ordered one. Will see how it goes.

  • Tempted.

  • 42GB sounds like a very odd amount of RAM. I wonder, what kind of DIMM combinations do you use to achieve that?

    Can I have a /22 for $100/mo?

    Feel free to contact sales and we'll see what we can do on bulk IP pricing.

    We have several hundred servers pre-built and ready for deployment. Setup is within 2 business days (excluding weekends). if you need an expedited setup, let us know.

  • How long does it take to get an OS reload done? I am interested in ordering a dev. server.

  • You can mount an ISO over drac and reinstall it your self if you have time

    Yes, if you feel that you would go over 30TB. We'd give you the upgrade option to 100 Mbps unlimited or 1 Gbps unmetered.

  • @lewissue

    This has been answered above and tickets are within several minutes or you can call our toll free support line if you need immediate assistance.

  • Ordered another 2, 5 servers with quadix in total.
    @volumedrive please check PM

    Is 100 mbps unlimited in lieu of 1 Gbps 30 TB? I mean no extra cost?. You call it a upgrade, then at what cost?

    @mashokk369
    On 100mbps unlimited you can get max 33TB transfer if you use 100% of line 24/7 (thats in practice not doable). 1gbps with 30TB is better option, just my 2 cents;)

    Mine got only 32GB of RAM and only 1 X 1TB of HDD. That's not fair.

    And it's very unresponsive... to ssh commands @volumedrive

    @FredQC send an email to [email protected] and ask what's up.

    Mine is perfectly responsive and has zero issues.

    I've sent a ticket, don't worry.

  • I have to say for the price point its a good deal. Tickets are take awhile but hey i cant complain at least they answer. Just trying to setup the os and found a bad drive but i got 3 others so they can just hot swap it in and ill be all set once i ticket them. Overall i give them a thumbs up and may after a month or 2 maybe they can earn the other one! :)

  • Anyone get their server yet? Still waiting for mine, ordered on Friday.

  • edited October 2014

    I did but they wont even replace a disk that even bad! They need to test it. Well take it out and hot swap a new one. Test it on your own time not mine. Its kinda starting to piss me off. Then the support says the DRAC and media direction doesn't work which is totally wrong! Just the amount of time wasted on getting a stupid disk replaced!

  • Hello , pls check the ticket 540032 and 312624 , thanks .
