Looking for VPS for backups. 80-100GB HDD ~256MB ~$20/year

Looking for an extra backup VPS. I already have one with the following specs.

100GB HDD
256MB RAM / 128MB vSwap
500GB Bandwidth

I need another to duplicate my backups. Budget is around $20/year.
