Just for clarity.. how does OVH process a transfer? Just transfer between accoounts with server intact (or) re-provision the server by deleting/resetting the data & OS.
if they do the later, I can understand why it didnt work after the transfer. Anyway glad that you have won the dispute. Congrats @duyan13
You have to contact them and tell them the partners id. So basically they will just transfer ownership (Data on it wont be removed). It should be transfered whithin days.
