@Chuck - No, there are no free bandwidth upgrades. Yes, we offer TUN/TAP support. If you are not provisioned with vSwap RAM by default, please open a ticket. We will fix it for you.

Why do I need to provide Server Root Password when I submit ticket? Aren't the account number and Plan name enough?
I'm new to GreenValueHost. Other VPS providers never ask for Server Root Password when I submit ticket.
for OpenVZ, the root password is useless for the admin of the node, he does have any privilege on the container, lol
What I'm trying to say is that it's risky to provide root password every time submit the ticket. Who knows if someone else sees it?

The vSwap RAM is specified in this thread. It's the same as the guaranteed RAM.

Be careful with this guy, he terminated my VPS without notice. I have paid the invoice but without any reason my VPS got terminated. And he won't tell me any reason about the termination.

Beware of GreenValueHost - they are scammers and thieves.
If you pay for the year of hosting they will setup your server then will shut it down in a month or so and keep your money. That's how they robbed me - canceled the service paid for 1 year upfront and refused to refund.
That's the way they are running their "business".
