By now, you should have probably learned that they can't gurantee that.
For you people waiting half a day for your tickets to get answered, go with Crissic already. I've had replies to my tickets in less than a minute, no kidding. It almost felt like live chat and @SkylarM is friendly too. Oh, and the performance? Hell lot better than GVH, I'd imagine.
Not bad GVH, now work on responding to actual tickets as they come up instead of waiting for them to appear on a public forum.
Are there any negative improvements possible?
I think we should get a fund together and go to where Jon @ GVH lives, challenge him and his mates to a game of rugby and beat the little fucker up.
