DEDICATEDMINDS BILLING PORTAL DOWN FOR TOO LONG
For more than 13 days now i have been trying to get into dedicatedminds billing panel
it says
Down for Maintenance (Err 3)

but they are not replying emails i have been sending them for more than 5 days nows....
my invoice is going to be due very soon
so i need to know what am in for.....

Quite frankly, they're a shithouse right now. Tickets not responded to, closed without response, Reese isn't bothering to respond here to threads or PM's, I'd say they're on their last legs.
I don't know what @reece is upto is something happened to him.Is he alive?He is not even coming here.
He's been on the site this weekend, but he's just ignoring the threads and PM's.
Better to spend your money elsewhere.
If he is coming here then why he is not replying to any of the threads?At least give some reason or explanation why he is doing all this.
My invoice is due also very soon and I am happy with my VPS so will be a shame to lose it. If they don't have the decency to keep there customers informed or take the time to reassure them then I will spend my money elsewhere.
In the absence of any other information, I'm assuming it's because he no longer gives a fuck, and that they're heading for the Deadpool.

My experience was less than stellar all the way through, so I'll not miss them. 3 DC moves in their short history, and shoddy support, one of the worst providers I've been with personally.
There have been lots of warning signs about this provider. Best take your data and move on now while you can.

Yes, but it's not moves that concerns me. I had several extended downtimes unrelated to moves, and DedicatedMinds doesn't communicate. Basically it's cross your fingers and hope it comes back up. I had enough and cancelled.
They left due to the shame of being the provider that mazker was reselling from.
