This is actually my first time ever encountering an IP blocked by Google straight out of the box. Since such a rare "miracle" can happen, of course I have to share this bizarre event so everyone can see it!

You can all defend the provider from a host's perspective all you want, and hide behind your TOS. But that won't stop me from exposing the truth: GreenCloud's San Jose IPs are blocked from Google straight out of the box.

My point is clear: let future real buyers know what they are actually getting into. You can stick to your bias, and I will stick to warning everyday consumers.

lemme rephrase that last part for you. i think this will be the bigger takeaway for most reading this thread rather than gemini being blocked:

My point is clear: let future real buyers know what they are actually getting into i cant read basic tos. You can stick to your bias super aura truthtelling, and I will stick to warning everyday consumers about my stupidity, entitlement, and lack of reading skills.

Quoting and twisting my words like a clown won't change the fact that your San Jose IPs are blocked. Keep performing for the crowd—I'm logging off. Enjoy your echo chamber.

can you pay again another $2, then maybe tell them explicitly that you want another ip in diff subnet?

When I requested the IP change, I specifically pointed this out. The reality is that the entire San Jose IP range might just be blacklisted by Google, with no clean subnets left to give. For the record, running them through Scamalytics shows a fraud score of around 50 for both IPs I've had. The data speaks for itself.

what happened to logging off? 🫣

tbh paying for IP change getting same subnet if entire subnet is flagged is peak funny

Support bots do things like that.

When you can't defense other people argument :lmao:

Seriously, read ToS before ordering services from any providers, not only GC, or if the ToS is long, ask support first.

Nobody asked for a 100% absolute guarantee. But charging a $2 "IP replacement fee" specifically to hand over an identically broken IP from the exact same tainted subnet—while telling customers to go talk to Google—is peak anti-consumer practice.

Anyway, I am waiting for management/NDTN to respond. To the rest of you defending this kind of business practice: enjoy your evening.

Did they tell you changing the IP would get Google to stop blocking you?

You can keep quoting your TOS terms all day long, but it doesn't change the hard fact: GreenCloud's San Jose IP range is blocked from accessing Google out of the box.

Nobody denied ur ip is blocked. The argument is you think that fact entitles you to a refund and a hand picked clean subnet when it does not. You agreed to the tos when buying.
Your server works exactly as advertised and sold.

You can stick to your narrative, and I will stick to warning everyday users about what they are actually buying. Let the public decide.

what are you even warning them about. the tos page? its public, anyone can read it before they buy. you just didnt.

The public already decided. thats why nobody else is in here crying over a $22 plan.

I am not here to convince you. This thread isn't meant for you—it’s left here for everyday, real buyers who actually care about what they are getting. Even if it's just a $1, as a consumer, I have every right to speak up and warn others. Let the future buyers see the truth.

I hope those who think, act and feel like you steer clear of greencloud so we can enjoy prem quality hosting in peace.
