Thank you for the kind words and the support, it means a lot to us.

One correction, though: the data is not gone. As we shared in our Q&A above, every drive we have checked so far is working and we expect 99% of customers to get their data back.

I know that I meant more, treat it like it's gone and it's a bonus when it's not <3

@vsys_host If you have the time, please update your signature. The new DC isn't online yet, right?

All good, it's still accurate 🙂 Ukraine is back online: cloud and VPS are already running in the new facility, and dedicated servers are coming back step by step.

Or what exactly do you mean?

Your new DC is T3 class? Which is it?

Oh wait, it's online 😅. I thought UA is still offline because the iperf.vsys.host isn't reachable thru my current connection.

I believe that's the least priority for them right now

Yes, some dedicated servers are already back online. The rest are being restored step by step

Has anyone here who submitted a ticket actually received a proper response?
I inquired about data copying and my server status, but the only reply I got after 15 hours was: "Please expect a response from our manager in this ticket shortly. Due to a high volume of requests, response times may be longer than usual."
It has been another 11 hours since then, and I still haven't received an answer.

The ticket priority has also changed—from 'High' to 'Kyiv', and now from 'Kyiv' to 'Medium'.

Even now, 26 hours later, there is still no response.

26 hours isn't even that long for a provider that didn't literally get attacked by military weaponry.

Be patient. These are not typical circumstances.

It seems that those who submitted their ticket numbers here received a prompt response.

However, I wonder if that 'prompt response' was just a generic hold message like mine, or a proper answer.

  • I received my last message on 06/10/2026 (23:55). They haven't responded to my messages for 3 days.

    My support request number: #7721107

You should expect typical responses, etc., not solution-oriented.

I'd assumed more time spent on answering ticket == less time spent on checking the servers.
The host already said that you can do self-inspection if you want to go

    Hello,
Ticket #796629 has been open for 7 days, and I still have not received a clear answer.
I am not asking for full restoration. I only need temporary access to my server for about one hour so I can copy my critical data to another server.
Please prioritize this request. One hour of access would allow us to recover the necessary data and restore our service while you continue working on the full infrastructure recovery.
I would appreciate a clear response regarding whether this can be arranged.

  • I waited for a long time, but none of my questions were actually answered. Most importantly, there was no response regarding my server status or whether data copying is possible.

All I got was a repetitive pattern of answers telling me to 'please wait' and that they are 'doing their best.'

They told me 2 days ago that a representative would reply, but I still haven't received any response from them.

Has anyone here successfully copied their server data, or had their server reactivated and restored?

Also, 12 days ago, I inquired about a server refund. They said the relevant department would reach out, but 12 days have passed and I still haven't heard back.

Damn, tickets being left open for days without a response? What wrong with them?! It's not like they were hit by a missile or something...

You need to have patience whilst they sort through their thousands of servers. You're not going to be able to jump the queue just because you're in the unique position of believing that your service is more important than everyone elses.

And if you don't patience, then you should have had offsite backups.

We had an answer 2day ago about copiying our data. We’re in the queue and they said we’ll have our data in « few days »

It has now been a full week since I asked for just one thing: please give me access to my server backup — it is only around 300MB — so I can move on. I still have not received a proper response.

My customers have lost access to the service and this situation has caused me serious problems. What is most frustrating is that this datacenter does not seem to show even basic respect toward its customers.

Even though my own service has been affected, I have still answered every customer, and anyone who asked for a refund received it. Being responsive when everything is working normally is easy. What really matters is how a company behaves when there is a serious problem.

In my opinion, checking the servers and bringing them back online should not have taken this long. The lack of clear answers also makes me think that they may simply be a reseller or intermediary and do not actually have direct access to the servers or datacenter infrastructure.

At this point I am not asking for anything complicated. I only need my small backup file so I can move my service elsewhere.

  • They haven't given me a single reply to my ticket even though almost 60 hours have passed. They haven't answered any of my 4 or 5 questions, all they keep saying is 'please wait,' and then they just go silent.

What is the difference between those who get a reply and those who are left waiting for days without one?

Just move on to another provider.

They lost a lot of customers anyway

Fair question. The tickets shared here are ones I go through myself, and I reply with an actual answer on each case: where the server stands, what we can offer, and the next steps.

  • I apologize for saying a few weeks ago that you were scammers. Thank you for looking into the matter. I hope everything gets resolved soon. I would also like to thank Ms. Kristina for her help and attention. @vsys_host

Thank you all for your patience, and for your support in this thread. It means a lot to the team.

@ablewangwang We’re sorry your questions are still unanswered after this long. Could you please send us your ticket number in a private message? We’ll go through it and reply to each of your questions in the ticket.

@Verunix We’ve checked your ticket. Your latest message is with our sales team, and you’ll get a reply early next week.

@Fikol We’ve checked the ticket number you shared. That ticket is closed and isn’t related to this incident. Perhaps there’s a typo in the number? Feel free to send us the correct one in a private message, and we’ll look into it.

As for the suggestion that we’re a reseller: we’re not. The equipment in both Kyiv facilities is ours, and our own team is doing the recovery work directly. That would be possible without direct access to the hardware.

To answer the broader question: in the first weeks after the incident the volume was far beyond normal, so some customers received replies later than usual. If you’ve been waiting without a reply, feel free to send us your ticket number in a private message, and we’ll look into it.

Basic respect? You've been watching too much Godfather. Nothing stopped you from having local backups, I mean it's not a backup if it's on the same server. You should refund your customers for your incompetence and lack of disaster recovery. You're really inexperienced and took people's money not knowing what you're doing and trying to scapegoat a victim of terrorism. GTFO

Even though my own service has been affected, I have still answered every customer, and anyone who asked for a refund received it. Being responsive when everything is working normally is easy. What really matters is how a company behaves when there is a serious problem.

Are you the kind of asshole who did all that from your chair and then thought you have equivalent efforts? Holy fuck.

In my opinion, checking the servers and bringing them back online should not have taken this long. The lack of clear answers also makes me think that they may simply be a reseller or intermediary and do not actually have direct access to the servers or datacenter infrastructure.

You know what they say about assholes, they have opinions. You're entitled to think what you want, you're just wrong and being public able your ignorance.

At this point I am not asking for anything complicated. I only need my small backup file so I can move my service elsewhere.

So you had a managed service with them? They have root password and know what data and how to export it?

@TimboJones I just wanted to see how many nosy people would show up — and apparently, I found one.

  • We are 10 days away from a full month of no one having their data, servers, or anything. They replied to my ticket after I posted here I just wanted to know if I could access my data, since they said early on that would be the first thing they’d do before having the servers built. But after telling me they’d put me on 'priority' (meaning they’d give me my data before delivering the server), it was left at that. They haven't replied to me again for days. Stupid question: has anyone actually gotten anything back? Or are they still staying silent with everyone and just replying to 'calm' the messages down a bit
