@Fikol We’ve double-checked, and we stand by what we said. The ticket number you posted here does exist, but it’s an old ticket, opened long before this incident and closed a long time ago. It has nothing to do with your current request.

If you have another ticket about your data, please send us a direct link to it or the correct ticket number in a private message, and we’ll look into it right away.

As for being a reseller: we’re not one.

I’ve already sent you all the necessary information.

A professional data center provider should be capable of keeping its customers regularly, transparently, and honestly informed about the current situation.

However, your communication has now become something like this:

    Update 1 – September 23, 2026

    • Data center was attacked.
    • Servers are offline.
    • Further information will follow.

    Update 2 – September 25, 2026

    • Servers are waiting for relocation to a new facility.
    • No ETA.
    • Other servers are awaiting inspection.

    Update 3 – October 3, 2026

    • Servers are still waiting for relocation to a new facility.
    • No ETA.
    • Other servers are still awaiting inspection.

    Update 4 – October 8, 2026

    • Big announcement: Some services are back online!
    • Our servers are still waiting for relocation.
    • No ETA.
    • Other servers are still awaiting inspection.

    Update 5 – November 1, 2026

    • Servers are still waiting for relocation.
    • No ETA.
    • Still awaiting inspection.

    Update 6 – December 15, 2152

    • Servers are still waiting for relocation.
    • No ETA.
    • Still awaiting inspection.

Do you even realize how absurd this situation has become?

**Since September 23, we have been receiving practically the same information over and over again, with nothing more than a different date attached to it.

From our perspective as affected customers, there has been little to no visible progress.

We fully understand that you are not responsible for the attack on the data center.

But neither are we, and neither are our end customers.

None of us caused this situation, yet we are the ones who have to deal with the consequences every single day.

We are losing customers, revenue, business partners, and, most importantly, the trust we have spent years building.

Meanwhile, we continue receiving almost identical status updates without any concrete information about when our servers will become operational again.
    **
We are not expecting miracles. We understand that an attack on a data center is an extraordinary situation and that recovery takes time.

However, extraordinary circumstances do not justify inadequate communication.

A professional hosting provider should at least be able to answer the following questions:

    • What specific progress has been made so far?
    • Have the affected servers actually been inspected?
    • When can we expect the hardware to be relocated?
    • Are our data and storage drives truly safe?
    • What recovery measures are currently being carried out?
    • What compensation or service credits will be offered for this extended downtime?

We are not asking for unrealistic promises or fabricated deadlines.

We are simply asking for honest answers, transparency, and meaningful information.

You can ask your customers to be patient. But patience without transparency, visible progress, or any clear perspective is not professional customer service.

Please remember that behind every affected server is a paying customer whose business may depend entirely on your infrastructure.

Many of your customers had already paid their server invoices in full before the attack, yet they have been unable to use the services they paid for.

We also have responsibilities toward our own end customers, even though we have absolutely no control over this situation.

So who is going to take responsibility for the financial losses your customers have been suffering for weeks?

We are not asking you to accept responsibility for the attack itself.

However, we do expect you, as our hosting provider and contractual partner, to take responsibility for your communication, the restoration of your services, and the fair treatment of affected customers.

Because changing the date while keeping exactly the same server status is not progress. And repeatedly publishing the same information does not qualify as a meaningful update.

We want concrete answers instead of more general statements.

    Our patience is not unlimited.

We understand the circumstances, and we recognize the difficulties involved in recovering from such an incident.

But understanding the situation does not mean we should remain silent while our businesses continue suffering.

Every additional day without meaningful progress or transparent communication further damages our confidence in your company.

We have supported your services, trusted your infrastructure, and paid our invoices.

Now we expect the same level of professionalism and commitment in return.

A data center is not judged only by how well it operates when everything is working. It is also judged by how it treats its customers when everything goes wrong.

And right now, your communication is failing to meet those expectations.

We do not need another update saying “Awaiting inspection” or “No ETA.”

We need real information, real progress, and real answers.

    Entitled twat

VSYS said that data access for servers in DC2 will be available in around one and a half to two weeks. Is your server located in DC2?

I genuinely have to say this is the worst datacenter I have ever dealt with.

They are so careless that instead of properly and temporarily turning on the servers and giving customers access to their backups, they have put some kid here so that whenever anyone criticizes them, he starts talking bullshit.

They could not even find my ticket. On the other hand, they tell us, “Post your ticket number in the thread so we can check it,” but then they do not even check it properly.

Friends, what exactly has brought all of us together here? Why should things even reach the point where we have to come here to follow up on our demands? Why are we the ones getting automatic replies?

    They are just buying time.

I have dealt before with datacenters that were hit by missiles and datacenters that caught fire, but I have never seen this level of carelessness.

What they are basically saying is that the datacenter will be ready in another two weeks and they are not giving anyone their data before that.

If they temporarily turn on the servers and let you pull your data out, many of you will leave and cancel your servers. But if they wait another two weeks until the servers are fully back online, the number of cancellations will probably be lower.

From September 28 until today, you have been victims of the datacenter’s greed and negligence.

They are holding our data hostage and think we do not understand what their strategy is.

On the first day, they sent everyone messages saying, “Your server is being prioritized,” but that was nothing more than a lie.

Imagine you own a datacenter and something like this happens. You are telling me you cannot temporarily power on a server so your customer can take their data out? Of course you can.

I swear I actually wanted to keep my servers with them, but as soon as I get my data, I am moving to another datacenter.

I have other plans too. If anyone needs storage servers or servers from providers that ignore abuse complaints, send me a private message and I will help you get servers from somewhere cheaper, with more payment methods, and somewhere that is not getting hit by missiles either.

If doing that keeps even one dollar out of the pocket of a datacenter like this, one that does not know how to show even a little respect to its customers, then at least I have done something useful in this world.

I have had servers in Russia and Iran while they were at war, and even in the UAE when missiles were being fired in the region. All of them reacted quickly and did whatever they could.

Do you know why? Because they were not middlemen.

    This datacenter is a reseller.

And even if there is a 1% chance they are not a reseller, then they are either unbelievably careless people or they are only thinking about money.

The third possibility is that the actual datacenter they buy servers from and resell to us is not responding to them at all, and they just come here and write something to calm us down.

Why can’t they assign one qualified technician to go through the servers one by one, inspect them, and temporarily power them on?

Are you seriously telling me there is not one qualified technician in Ukraine?

If they had started doing this from September 28, all of our data would already have been released by now, especially since for many of us the amount of data is small.

But they were not honest with us.

It took OVH over a month to get most people their data back after the SBG fire, the unlucky ones didn't get anything back at all. That's with 1000x the resources of VSYS, not in the middle of a warzone, and not in the middle of a global hardware shortage.

WebNX took ~3 weeks for most people to be back online after their fire. Again, no warzone, no hardware shortage.

Parts of AWS UAE have been offline for 6 months sinnce the strikes in March.

I can't see any evidence of any carelessness, other than those who didn't have offsite backups.

  • To tell my whole experience, yesterday they replied to my ticket and assigned me a VPS with 'similar' specifications to what I had on my dedicated server. They haven't delivered my data yet, so for now I have the VPS on standby. However, in the same ticket, they told me that my data will be delivered at the end of the week. It is worth noting that at the same time, I received a completely different response in my email stating that, unfortunately, they cannot deliver my data and will provide more information later. These two messages arrived at the same time: the first one in the ticket on their website and the second one in my email. I wrote to them asking which one is correct. For those interested, I will keep you updated on my situation.

  • Guys, let’s try to stay calm and keep the faith. I know we’re all frustrated and exhausted, but getting angrier won’t help us. Let’s stay positive and hope for some good news soon. We’re all in this together.

@Fikol First, for the record: I’m not a kid, and I’m not a he. I’m Kristina, and I’ve introduced myself in this thread more than once. I’m the one answering you here and in your tickets.

Now let’s go through the facts, since other people are reading this too.

Your ticket. The number you posted here was missing a digit, so it pointed to an old ticket that was closed long ago. We found your actual tickets ourselves, and you’ve been getting replies there, including today.

Reseller. We’re not one. Thats all here.

“Just power it on for ten minutes.” Your servers were in the facility that was hit hardest. After a strike, powering up equipment that hasn’t been checked puts the drives at risk, and that’s how data gets lost for good. That’s why every drive is checked before it’s powered on.

“Holding data until the new facility is ready.” That’s not what’s happening. Servers from other facility are already coming back online in batches this week, and clients are already getting access to their data and services. For your servers, I have already answered about the timelines.

They told you why. Any sane person would have then checked again and found the mismatched ticket number (and apologized for wasting their time) or posted a screenshot of the ticket number as displayed. You did neither. You're doing everything but help yourself.

Friends, what exactly has brought all of us together here? Why should things even reach the point where we have to come here to follow up on our demands? Why are we the ones getting automatic replies?

You're getting ticket replies. Don't be obtuse.

    They are just buying time.

I have dealt before with datacenters that were hit by missiles and datacenters that caught fire, but I have never seen this level of carelessness.

And it was such a great experience that you keep all your servers in war zones without backups.

But what was the bombed datacenter you speak of, again? Is this the mythical Iranian one that you've already been called out on?

What they are basically saying is that the datacenter will be ready in another two weeks and they are not giving anyone their data before that.

If they temporarily turn on the servers and let you pull your data out, many of you will leave and cancel your servers. But if they wait another two weeks until the servers are fully back online, the number of cancellations will probably be lower.

They are holding our data hostage and think we do not understand what their strategy is.

Hostage? What the fuck have they asked for besides patience? I don't understand your attitude that wasting their time is going to move things along faster. It's just going to get you fired as a client faster.

On the first day, they sent everyone messages saying, “Your server is being prioritized,” but that was nothing more than a lie.

Imagine you own a datacenter and something like this happens. You are telling me you cannot temporarily power on a server so your customer can take their data out? Of course you can.

...because you haven't done anything useful yet. Why would anyone listen to you? Your sites are still down two plus weeks later.

I have had servers in Russia and Iran while they were at war, and even in the UAE when missiles were being fired in the region. All of them reacted quickly and did whatever they could.

At war? That's not the same as getting hit, which didn't happen to you.

Do you know why? Because they were not middlemen.

    This datacenter is a reseller.

This has no relevance to getting hit by bomb/missile/drone.

The problem isn't needing a "single technician", it's having the network connection, network switches, power and space. How many servers can you simultaneously power up in your mom's basement?

If they had started doing this from September 28, all of our data would already have been released by now, especially since for many of us the amount of data is small.

But they were not honest with us.

Honestly, now that you've been found in their system, it sure would be unfortunately if they announced "We had exactly one case of dataloss. It was Fikol's." Then they refund you a month and close your account. Or if they won't do that, send an email saying it's available, but "only for the next 10 minutes".

From September 28 until today, you have been victims of the datacenter’s greed and negligence.

They are holding our data hostage and think we do not understand what their strategy is.

If doing that keeps even one dollar out of the pocket of a datacenter like this, one that does not know how to show even a little respect to its customers, then at least I have done something useful in this world.

...because you haven't done anything useful yet.

The problem isn't needing a "single technician", it's having the network connection, network switches, power and space. How many servers can you simultaneously power up in your mom's basement?

If they had started doing this from September 28, all of our data would already have been released by now, especially since for many of us the amount of data is small.

But they were not honest with us.

Honestly, now that you've been found in their system, it sure would be unfortunately if they announced "We had exactly one case of dataloss. It was Fikol's." Then they refund you a month and close your account. Or if they won't do that, send an email saying it's available, but "only for the next 10 minutes".

Hahaha. You have no brains. If instead of spending all your time watching porn you had studied a little, then maybe you would know how to power on servers one by one in my mother’s house — or your grandmother’s house — and transfer the data, you idiot.
Second point: I’m not like you, paying for my servers month by month like some desperate guy. I pay for my servers annually, and I don’t suck up to anyone.
Maybe you’re connected to the datacenter team yourself. The problem is that you have no value, and you don’t have any important data either. Because if you had valuable, important data, you’d be angry too.
But you’re one of those people I call “one-dollar people” — the kind who would bow and scrape in front of me in real life.
That’s why I only came here to paint you brown and leave.
And if your ass is itching, son, go spend some time with a broom handle.

But they were not honest with us.

Kristina, I know who you are, and if you look carefully you’ll see who that message was actually directed at.

I called @TimboJones a stupid kid because he keeps mocking and criticizing other people for things like choosing a datacenter in Ukraine, not having backups, and similar nonsense. He acts like he has the right to comment on everyone and everything.

From September 23, I did not start sending messages here or opening tickets because I put myself in your position and thought, “They need time, and me constantly messaging and putting pressure on them will only make their work harder.”

But from October 7 onward, you should have started using whatever procedures you know better than me to inspect servers individually and temporarily power on the safe ones. You didn’t do that. I still stand by what I said: this was within your ability.

For example, you have a customer here like @TimboJones, who himself and his entire family are not worth even $1,000 to me. I could easily have downloaded my 4 GB of data.

In my mother’s house — or, as he calls it, his grandmother’s house — I could show him how many servers I can run.

Those 4 GB of my data are worth more to me than the entire family of @TimboJones.

And when I said “stupid kid,” I was referring specifically to @TimboJones.

Four gigabytes could easily have been downloaded in 10 minutes. He simply does not have the brains or the technical knowledge to understand that with a 1 Gbps port, 4 GB can be transferred in just a few minutes.

The stupid kid just likes sticking his nose into his father’s business.

Unfortunately, as of today, I still haven’t received any further updates or access to my data. Yesterday, I received a ticket reply saying they were working on my server, so I’m still holding on to hope.
I’m just hoping that today might finally bring some good news. Fingers crossed for all of us. 🙏🍀

You were given the choice to watch porn or study how to power on servers one by one and you picked powering on servers? Fuck sakes.

And you grandmother lives near a datacenter with a fat internet pipe? And has electrical circuits that don't trip with 6 loaded servers? Because we all want to be transferring our precious data while someone else slowly powers on a server one by one until the breaker trips and everyone loses their data.

Second point: I’m not like you, paying for my servers month by month like some desperate guy. I pay for my servers annually, and I don’t suck up to anyone.

Wut? First, paying monthly vs annually has more to do with need than desperation. That said, I buy annually to save money to idle. Anything I need I run at home with copious amounts of hardware where I already do balance electricity draw across two circuits.

Maybe you’re connected to the datacenter team yourself. The problem is that you have no value, and you don’t have any important data either. Because if you had valuable, important data, you’d be angry too.

Yes, at myself. You really still don't get it. Datacenters are not magical storage vaults. Not one can guarantee 100% data safety. You're incompetent.

But you’re one of those people I call “one-dollar people” — the kind who would bow and scrape in front of me in real life.

This is why I'd prefer they use AI instead of just translation. It's like arguing with someone with 65 IQ or bipolar disorder. Talking about everything nonsensical under the sun but no actual replies on topic.

You say my statements are contradictory, but maybe you haven’t read my previous posts.
On October 8, VSYS told me I would get access to my data on Monday or Tuesday.
Then on Tuesday, they told me they were working on my server and that I should receive my data that day or the next, which was yesterday.
Today, Thursday, I received another reply telling me to wait for a manager to contact me.
If anyone can make sense of this, please explain it to me.
Despite being told they were working on my server, the panel still shows “Awaiting Inspection”, and the data I was told to expect on two different occasions still hasn’t arrived.
So what exactly do you find contradictory in what I’m saying?

Don’t take what he says too seriously, and you don’t really need to reply to him. He seems more interested in getting attention and that broom handle than in the server itself. Even if you swear at him, he’ll probably enjoy it.

About the server, I can say we’re in the same situation. Mine is pretty similar to yours.

At this point, I’m starting to believe I’ll never get my data back.
I really hope I’m wrong, but I have a terrible feeling that we’re slowly being prepared for bad news. Maybe one day we’ll be told the disks are unreadable, the servers were damaged, or something went wrong during transportation. I don’t know.
In my case, I’m asking for just one SQL file, around 250 MB, already saved in a specific folder under /home, on a disk that isn’t even part of a RAID array.
I understand the inspection process takes time, especially after what happened. But if the disk is healthy and accessible, copying that single file shouldn’t be such a complicated task.
Instead, I’ve been given dates, promises and reassurances, but still no data and no clear explanation.
I sincerely hope I’m wrong about all of this.
But right now, it feels like we’ve been taken on a long walk, with someone constantly telling us we’re almost there, only to slowly realize that nobody actually knows where we’re going.
And after more than three weeks, I’m just tired of walking.

Is it true that the DC2 server has been restored? Has the server progress status been updating continuously on your end? Also, did you get any notification or message from VSYS when your server actually went online?

Unfortunately, as of today, I still haven’t received any further updates or access to my data. Yesterday, I received a ticket reply saying they were working on my server, so I’m still holding on to hope.

    Those are contradictory statements.

I promised to look into your case personally, and I did. The answer is already waiting in your ticket.

    Have a look.

this is the last response I can find
