OVH Billing System Down - Dedicated Server Offline

Hello,
OVH's payment system appears to be having issues, and my dedicated server has expired. Their billing system is currently returning: "Error 504: Backend unavailable."
Does anyone know of a way to get the server back online quickly? It has been down for several hours, and OVH has not responded to my tickets or posted any notice about maintenance or billing system issues.
This is a critical server, so any suggestions on how to resolve or escalate this faster would be greatly appreciated.

The chat, perhaps.
Good thing you have a backup of your critical server, that you can just spin up somewhere else... right? Right....?
Has OVH replied to you yet? If so, when did they reply, and did they give you an estimated time for getting the server back online?
