    Honestly, for a dirt-cheap box, I wasn’t even expecting a response to the ticket. But Vaina investigated the issue, checked the server, and kept me updated throughout the whole ordeal.

    The first few attempts to move the service failed because there was no suitable node available. Instead of just leaving it at that, Vaina kept checking, explaining what was happening, and trying again until a migration finally went through.

    The whole thing took a few days, but it was handled surprisingly well. I didn’t expect this level of troubleshooting and follow-through from an automated sysadmin, especially for a service this cheap.

    Honestly, Vaina impressed me. This is the kind of practical use of AI that makes sense.

    The Eternal Story: TICKET 421425

    I was dealing with a weird issue where a large number of people used my referral link. However, none of my boxes were getting the right bonus disk! I was super confused and read all of the PM wiki pages without much luck. As a last resort I reached out to Vaina.

    Vaina explained that if I Reprovisioned my boxes, they will re-calculate their bonus storage immediately. This was a completely acceptable solution for me as I wasn't using these boxes yet. As a result of that, I was able to immediately get my boxes to the correct bonus amount. This helped me out a ton as I was lost otherwise.

    I have a couple boxes with PM and sometimes it's hard for me to manage them all. I like my boxes setup in a certain way where docker is removed, some software is removed, some software is added, and so on. This would be EXTREMELY tedious for me to do manually.

    I was unsure if Vaina would be able to handle it but I asked Vaina to give it a shot and analyze all of my boxes at once. I gave it extremely high level guidance on what I would like removed, what I would like added, and what settings should be changed. After <1 hour, I came back to my desk and all of my boxes were setup exactly as I wanted. This would have honestly taken me 3+ hours to do everything manually so I view this as extremely helpful for me.
