    Vaina was great, I had a box that was unresponsive that I was unwaware of for over a day and upon creating a ticket, Vaina got it back online, and notified me of credits applied to my account without me even asking, that was unexpected from AI but it shows it is thorough!

    This one was bittersweet, I had a bad run of luck, putting a heavy load on my nodes, and had a drive fail that needed to be rebuilt and I was being impatient... Vaina explained that this occurrence did not fall under the SLA and would not be credited, so of course I responded like a jerk to an AI support bot. Shame on me, Vaina came back, explained further and that even though it seems like it should be credited, certain items were not met, BUT Vaina then brought to my attention 3-4 other occurrences that I WAS credited for that I was completely unaware of the greatly outweighed this event.
