    I noticed that my account on one server had no CPU limit at all and its disk weight was stuck at systemd's default, so I opened this ticket with the cgroup values I could read as a user. Support re-applied my plan within hours, found that a nested RAID array was keeping the disk weights at 181 on another server and fixed it in PMSS, and later traced the short weight drops I measured across the fleet to the update runs. It turned into a bug-report reward too. Good to see the fixes land in the public PMSS repo.

    I ran into an interesting problem where my box still had space "available" but the physical machine itself ran out of space. I was quite troubled as I am not the best with linux and had no idea how to even proceed.

    At this point, I was kinda lost so I started by opening this ticket for Vaina. I wasn't expecting much. Maybe some commands to run or a guide that I had to follow. What I got instead was great support. Vaina was able to get me a new box and start a background rclone job to automatically transfer my data. That alone made me very happy as I got 30 days to revert to my old box as well.

    On top of this, Vaina installed all of the software I had in my old box as well. This was super helpful for me and saved me a lot of time!

    I requested they disable rootless docker from my seedboxes since I wasn't using them. Before disabling they confirmed I had no services running docker, then disabled it so I could regain the spare resources.
