C-Servers upgrade not applied - NanoVPS-1024 still running with 384MB RAM
I purchased an upgrade from NanoVPS-384 to NanoVPS-1024.
However, after the upgrade:
Panel still shows:
RAM: 384 MB
Inside VPS:
MemTotal: around 344 MB
The VPS occasionally becomes extremely slow:
- SSH commands may take minutes
- ps/top can hang
CPU is mostly idle.
It looks like the upgrade order was not applied to the actual VPS container.
Can anyone confirm if C-Servers upgrades are manually processed?

I am not requesting technical support, only trying to confirm whether the upgrade process requires manual approval.
thank you for contacting support, your wait time has doubled.
C-Servers appears to monetize all human support through paid addons, including support tickets. How are billing/provisioning issues handled without purchasing support?
Have you tried turning it off and on again?
Yes, tried rebooting already
On the panel itself?
Well I'm out of ideas then
@alfatarsos
Your first mistake was buying from c-servers

I guess I learned that lesson now.
In that case, simply restarting might not be enough. I would try completely stopping the VM and then starting it again from the management panel.
