Yes. They were shut down due to some legal disputes. The last post was on July 17th - https://novacloud-hosting.instatus.com/

My server was also shut down, and my ticket remains unanswered. Now I'm looking for a new provider.

When did you open your ticket? How long are you waiting for an answer to decide that "and aren't responding to tickets"? TicketS as in multiply?

Can you show some ticket screenshots? With dates etc?

One datacenter provider "died" (FFM2 - so dedis and Standard VPS). It's offline for like 4 days. Last status update about few hours after they "identified" the problem, yet lack of updates for 4 days in middle of weekdays is a worrying sign, very worrying sign
