my VPS is totally dead (again)

    same

Mine was down for half an hour, now up again, even without rebooting.

Port 80 on ipv6 is now open (since 5mins).

Routing is also now completely different, maybe this was just a hickup during changing to the new upstream?

same here, a heads up if that was the case would have been nice though

The new upstream is up and all is working again, We'll see how the situation evolves, we'll keep you updated of course.

@DeluxHost seeing packet loss again, less severe than before but the new upstream is starting to get hammered too:

16 packets transmitted, 10 received, 37.5% packet loss, time 15181ms
    rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 29.518/32.744/51.039/6.206 ms

The filters are being updated right now to address the latest malicious packets that are coming in.

  • I have been experiencing major issues recently, but previously everything was working quite good: unbeatable performance for the price (bandwidth policy and connection speed - especially). I hope you guys will sort this out asap.

the situation seems stable, we are making some changes to improve everything, in the next few hours we do not exclude further improvements especially in TCP

    Thanks guys for your patience!

  • The problem is still not solved. You put the new series up for sale. :D

Depends on what makes it a good service for you.

I'm personally really satisfied as I only use them for non critical services, which can be down from time to time. Especially the bigger packages really shine. Through bonuses I got a Ryzen 7950X3D with 5 cores for 36€/y, perfect for being a fast CI/CD Runner

Not sure if you know or not, my server is online, it connects to my monitoring, but all inbound connections not available (ssh and https).

Not sure how to classify it, is it works or not? 🤔
Hope it will be fixed soon. 🤷‍♂️

I think basing the quality of a low-cost hosting service on the number of people complaining in a post is pretty pointless, because you would never have seen the same people complaining until two weeks ago when everything was normal before the attacks, that's the truth, but unfortunately that's how it works: when things are going well everyone stays quiet, but at the first problem of this type everyone turns “against” you.

We've certainly had a lot of problems, but at least we try to solve them to give you all a decent quality service at an extremely low cost.

Will there be better solutions than us at the same price? Sure, but we try to maintain this standard for those who perhaps can't afford to spend a lot on test machines or to learn, Isn't that enough? Surely this is also something we are investing in to raise our level.

Today's attack was resolved quickly, we just need to loosen the filters to allow more traffic to pass, and we're still working on it now, let's not pretend nothing happened of course

Tell this to those poor customers who ordered or trusted their money to you, i would never in a thousand years order anything from such a clown who use laughting smileys to the poor customers that have paid for shitty service!

ssh should be moved to other 3digit or 4digit port number, it's not like you giving up public ssh access to your vps. if so then fixed them & announce to your user(s) ; also not on port 22 which put them to random login bruteforcer.
also, I ask via ticket to whitelist my /24 ip-block & ASN, and boom no error after that.

Hi guys, do you have any issue with the vps request timeout. My vps always shows request timeout error when I am using 1Panel and request SSL from Letencrypt for my website. Please help @DeluxHost

  • Order number is: 6483379895

I appreciate the FREEBIE offer. Is it possible to get two +1 vCore? Thank you!

Thanks for your effort on fixing the current network issue.

  • Regarding ticket #OGE-791920: I bought a STORAGE-2 unit, but it broke down before I’d even used it for a full day. I waited over a day for delivery, only for it to fail in less than 24 hours—it’s absolutely ridiculous.
