I said this before but the word “Charity” in their company name really irked me, and the .org TLD when they are clearly a for-profit commercial business (should have used .com or similar TLD). Out the gate they seemed untrustworthy and I’m glad they are gone now. They had nothing to do with charity other than offering them some nebulous “discount” (as if other more reputable providers don’t).
