where CH explicitly asks for "the url to your 5 star review." Meaning that any customer with a less-than-perfect review isn't eligible for the benefits. Seems rather contrary to his opening line about "honest feedback," no?

Does this cross into the boundary of "if you are found to be misleading customers" per section 4 of Miscellaneous Rules?

Those are clearly undisclosed incentivized reviews in violation of EU "Omnibus directive". Not to mention against TrustPilot Guidelines for Reviewers, under "Don't write a fake or biased review": "Receiving an incentive to write, change or delete a review is a big no-no."

I suggest reporting this using the TrustPilot whistleblower function and/or flagging those reviews for breach of guidelines.
