Current Available cluster is based on MInio we are also testing Ceph at the moment and might be the choice later

No extra costs for operations as of now, if they will be implement will be for new orders.

You can increase the storage anytime, you have to do it manually for now but there will be Pay for use offers soon too

I'm actually seeing the exact same results from the US. just under 200Mbit/s.
