The probability of 3 hosts failing at the same time is lower then the probability of one host failing randomly

what exactly do you mean? Your underlying hardware is performant enough to run Win11 ?

    Working in rdp sessions basically

  • Very interesting deal, but is there any pricing based on traffic? I use total of 30TB in and out every month..
I was interested in the Genoa L

That seems like to much for our traffic pricing / commitment. (which we have increased by crazy numbers already)
You can consult with us via ticket system if the deal could be still interesting for you, even when paying an extra amount for traffic.

    The answer is no, IIRC
    and @ProHosting24 can confirm it.

getting error - error: segmentation fault in arch Linux, nothing is working. Unhappy with the OS, No Alma linux, Ubuntu 24 server eating 3GB Ram without doing anything. Debian is doing pretty good job. Server seems to work fine with Debian.

  • stack together 2 genoa m would safe 4,95€. :) it would be a genoa xl for 9,90€.

Stacking 2 Genoa M would cost 9.90€ and you would get the exact specs of Genoa XL, but which costs 14.95€, more than 50% more expensive?! Which is quite unexpected... but probably the reason why stacking won't be allowed.

Generally, we are always incentivized to buy bigger VPS and then get a slight discount, but here it's vice versa. The smallest one offered is the best value, and if you want to pay more, you get punished. I find that quite weird...

And it can be even better by thinking “outside the box”

    Thanks for pointing that out.
We will re evaluate our pricing model for the next offerings.

One of the ideas behind that powerful but cheap offer is too attract people that don't know us. Trust needs to be hard earned in this industry and making us attractive for "giving us a try, its only five bucks anyway" helped us out a lot in growing our business.

How is the server uptime quality? Does it experience frequent downtime?

The hypervisor makes use of a storage area network. Therefore VM Data is present on all nodes anytime with inluded 3x replication of vm data, which makes our service high available.

So in case of storage failure all nodes will be inaccessible :)

It would be redundant storage I assume, copies across ALL nodes. One storage failure means it falls back to another nodes storage

  • @ProHosting24 got one, waiting for vps activation. RE-13806

    Kind of.
It is not only redundant, but also highly available, i.e. we still have redundancy in the event that a storage node fails. At least as long as it takes for the storage cluster to repair itself.
