I have matched a few of their existing prices, DM me or open a ticket showing your current package and price and will try to match that.
All packages use Ryzen 9 CPU
Optional Cosmic Guard
Where can I open an ticket? Discord seems to be almost deleted, billing panel (the deploy thing) doesn't even work.
bleh at this point just open a dispute with your payment provider and move on, they are likely in such low standing youll automatically get your refund. at least i did.
i had a ticket open to get the server image since yesterday, id be fine with waiting but i didnt even get a message back, while staff were activly talking in general. today the discord is wiped, so consider the rug has been pulled and you aint getting shit off them directly.
im just going to rebuild from a new image on my new host, besides it might be best to regenerate anything cryptographic given they claim they have everyones vdisk... maybe they dont given ive not heard a single person say they got theirs back.
if you had anything of value on this host without external backups, take it as a lesson to not do that.
yabs please

I know PayPal sucks in many ways, but you got to give them, disputing is super easy. Same goes for some credit cards (not all, though).
At some point they got to get tired of Ellis though.
It is not allowing me to post yabs, cloudflare blocked page but here they are
