JFYI: It looks like @Calin ' s Upstream AS9050/Orange Romania is currently down (or at least unreachable for most of the internet).
@Calin Do you have any information? Looks like they don't have a status page.

Are you sure? Media and downdetector.ro were showing problems with some romanian eyeballs for nearly the whole country and orange.ro says something about an "incident [...] located outside the territory of Romania".

What can be said is that AS9050 dropped/lost all there upstreams (GTT, Arelion, Zayo, Lumen, ...) execpt Orange (AS5511) which is kind of odd.

(To be clear, I don't want to blame anyone. I am just curious.)

You have to poweroff and then start up. Regular restart won't do it. (Assuming the RAM amount was changed.)

Hello, please check the virtual memory situation. The allocated virtual memory has no capacity, causing the docker program installed by the server to restart indefinitely due to insufficient performance.

So I did YABS, but those benchmark numbers look way better, than reality. I just tested, I cannot even stream 1 low bitrate video via Plex. Also SMB and SFTP is extremely slow.

fio Disk Speed Tests (Mixed R/W 50/50) (Partition /dev/sdb):

@Calin you still didn't reply to this. Speeds are still extremely slow, far from those which I paid for. I'm trying to download file currently via SMB and speed is below 0.4 MB/s. Most of the time it's similar, only during late night it goes slightly higher.

Do you think it's network problem? I was going to say that iPerf3 is OK, but I decided to do more testing and for some reason when I initiate iPerf3 test from my home server, both sender and receiver results are OK. But when I initiate it from this VPS, speeds are way slower.
