now i wanted to prepare my shopping list for the usa and buy magazines for my sporting rifle (cost half as much in the usa as in germany). in the region where we will be staying, however, magazines with the capacity i want (legally allowed in germany) are strictly forbidden. f***! only police and military are allowed to own such magazines in this region (and i thought in the east of the usa it is not as uptight as in california). in short, you really have to be careful with some things you want to buy in the usa.
tello works fine. 2 esim already installed and activated. 25$ (free minutes, free text and 35gb data) each for one month! perfekt.
And if you are able to use 35gb data in the month, slow speed data at 256 kbps continues (and in my testing good enough for FaceTime Audio call on iPhone)
PS - I use 1gb data plan … main use case free calling to many countries
how does it work after one month, do i have to pay for the service if i want to continue using it or simply not pay and then the service is terminated? in the settings it says that the sim will now be active until june 17, 24. @dev_vps
