I couldn't find an option to upload a custom ISO, but there are a bunch of ISOs to choose from, including NetBoot, Windows Server 2019 and 2022, and major Linux distros. I installed Debian 12 from the Netboot ISO which is the preferred method over the provided Debian 12 ISO. I ran into a network config issue if not using Netboot.
Yes, there is VNC. I use it to install the OS manually.

A note to all, as we had numerous tickets on this.
If you format the drive as XFS please do not mount it in /etc/fsatb as ex4
the vps will fail on boot.

xfs is not ext4
i have done this in the past before .... silly me.
I just wanted to give a reminder to all, as this can happen to anyone, so just check your settings, keep calm, do not panic
Another advice, if you mess with fstab, before the first boot when you're still unsure if all is OK, add nofail option to the fstab. This will allow booting even if you messed something up.
But, of course, if you have console access, any such issue can be easily detected and quickly fixed.
