My apologies for the inconvenience! In the original post you'll see instructions in small grey text just below the order link on how to place the order and apply the promo. In order for the promo code to work, you'll need to select the 2x 4TB HDD add-on or the 3x 4TB HDD add-on. If the appropriate addon isn't selected, then the promo code won't work.
If the promo code still gives you trouble after selecting the addon that matches your promo code, please let me know and we'll take a closer look at your particular order. We've received a couple orders already with the promo so I believe everything is setup correctly.

Another quick update: we received and provisioned our Tuesday shipment of new hardware, but we are once again sold out. This server promo has really flown off the shelves. We will receive our next shipment of hardware a week from now once again on Tuesday.
We are continuing to accept orders for this server promo, but be warned that you'll likely be put on a wait-list. Anyone who opts to stay on the wait-list will have their service start date modified to when their server is actually delivered. Hello, is there 240ssd in the configuration of 3x 4TB HDDs?
Had a pretty good experience ordering from these guys. Support was very accommodating for a niche technical issue we encountered during the provisioning process.
Be aware though: IPMI/KVM access is behind a PPTP-based VPN which may be problematic on some networks (from my googling, some ISPs don't even route the carrier packets for PPTP).
Another quick update: we re-stocked a bunch of RepriseZZDED, RepriseEEDED and RepriseGGDED servers this past Tuesday, but given the length of the waiting list that had accrued we immediately sold out again.
We currently have five RepriseGGDED server specials available, but they're going quick. It'll be at least another couple weeks before we re-stock this server special re-stocked again. I'll post an update here when that happens.

The purchase configuration is too complicated. No matter how I choose, it prompts that the discount code no longer exists. It may have been sold out.
