@crunchbits how many chassis were provisioned? I just grabbed 2 vms on different nodes within the same chassis (I'm assuming).

Im wondering whether it's possible to be moved to a node in a different rack or different chassis? Obviously it's a cheap yearly deal so no worries if not.

    Cheers

Why'd you have to do that? I had to buy some more islands.

Have you raised a ticket to get it moved? You should have got an email with instructions.

  • they said it's low priority, so wait..

Special situation* moves come after the bulk of standard templated requests, but will be all wrapped up within the next 2 days.

In WA? I don't even know anymore off the top of my head. Maybe ~60ish. I do remember remarking when we crossed over the 1PB of TLC SSD's burned in Yearly's. What you're seeing now is post migration backfilling. Open a ticket and explain it--I can't promise anything beyond "your Yearly VM for $22.69 as promised, sir" but myself or anyone on support will absolutely look into it and fulfill anything reasonable if possible for us to (which should be possible ATM), no worries at all.

I love these yearlies like everyone else, they're an amazing value, but I'm looking forward to the new NVMe/Epyc nodes in PA and OKC when they're ready!
