    My server from Christmas deal is unreachable since last three days. No response to ticket since 48 hours.

    VNC console - Not working.
    Server reboot/shutdown from bero host dashboard - Not working.

    that's strange. They usually reply within minutes during work hours. Check your junk/spam folder.

    Please send me a private message with your ticket ID or customer number. There is no known fault with a host system.
