1. You approve smtp by request for all users
2. You ban people even from suspicious section, and then approve smtp them manually

And even if its a manual process its literally adding 10 lines on your routers ( + whatever filtering you have on the VM bridge or whatever you use) you cant call that elite but if you think it is well that tells a lot about your service
