I don't see any other issue with the node right now, may be it's just due to peak hours
I have already rebooted twice from https://vps.hosteons.com and tested several times,
the results are pretty much the same.
The result you posted did not appear which is 380.31 MB/s (95.0k) of 4k IOPS.
I did get those results in a test VPS on same node, but since it has shared Disk some results will keep varying depending upon usage of other VPS users as well
Can't say much, but if you think this does not works, I can issue you a refund for unused period

I might consider purchasing one more VDS
Please submit a ticket to ask for pro-rated refund and do mention the VPS IP and do mention as discussed with Kapil
Also since you ordering new service can we simply add it as credit balance to your account as it can be used for renewals as well as for new orders
