i can still ask to solve the issue here in public as your main support channel is not working as you claimed .
MY VM 1627 still down, no VNC connection no ssh connection.
the drama will continue and you should find other excuse for the ignorance.

it's simple if you oversold the service to refund who want to step out.

You could be right, we never answered you it was lost.

By the way, today you asked an update and we already replied.

Yes you just did respond, it's simple it should not take days to solve such issue when client ask to solve internal issue you should act fast before we seek your response in public.

That’s not the point. There was no answer it was clearly lost

Do you still have issue of not finding my answer ?
i can still ask to solve the issue here in public as your main support channel is not working as you claimed .
MY VM 1627 still down, no VNC connection no ssh connection.
the drama will continue and you should find other excuse for the ignorance.

it's simple if you oversold the service to refund who want to step out.

Yes. Overselling over nine thousand. From 6 december have some issue with network, disk i/o and CPU. Performance are like a commodore64. Now noVnc don't work. Panel give timeout. But he spam offer for vpn and some VPS. Sell without assistance and support.

  • This is what we expect when we see a provider do not pay for the router his using to provide the service.

  • How do you oversell KVM VPS?

    Maybe CPU and I/O?

Or maybe it's the SSD quality?

Or it's the network issue? Luca did mentioned network has some issues.

  • Invoice No.: 1775

    Thanks!

What ever issue they have is not our concern, we paid for working service not offline service.

You are not saying the truth. That seller disappeared. He's not reachable.
BTW: We're using a custom router with plain Linux.

  • here is simple solution for you and i wont be writing on your advertising making you loss your potential customers.
i don't have time chasing you to fix your issue.
issue full refund for the following service.
    1627 + KVM upgrade fee.
    2041
once you issue the refund i will confirm receiving it and it will be my last post.

    Make it simple.

  • I had a rocky start at first, but there multiple issue when you first start using on their VPS.
1.) The provided root password via email does not work. What I did was to reinstall the VPS in their web and then provide the my own password on their site.
2.) Their Ubuntu OS is using their own C1vhosting repository and does not work most of the time
go to sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list and change the repo url to http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/.

    • I am using the default LXC. I have no reason moving to KVM
    • Aside from those above, I have not encountered any additional issues so far as of the posting of this comment. I will be however be commenting back if I encounter issues.

@listerine90 I also have an LXC! I think the issue with spotty performance is people YABSing hardcore in an infinite bash loop. And then dd the SSD some more. A crapload of YABS results have been posted on each sales thread. Maybe that policy of doubling BW on YABS should change??

The seller asked for it and everyone provid it as per the rule.
But this should be done once the VM are activated.
Despite the issue are ongoing either lack of experience solving such issue or oversold server resources and it can't handle all requests.

I have 2 vms both with same issue and it seems they are on same machine.

  • @c1vhosting Could you please check my ticket #C1V_2227707_TCUSID? I haven't received a response for the past 4 hours, and my VPS has been non-functional for approximately 15 hours. The extended downtime is causing significant inconvenience, and I would appreciate a prompt resolution. Thank you.

I can not access my Server using RDP
-- Update: the access worked when I rebooted the VPS the control panel

But the VPS performance is still unmatched

  • How long does it take for servers to be issued after payment? Almost a day has passed, but there is no data.

From experience and past posts, I think only during Italy Office hours then new orders will be processed. Same as tickets. :)
