It (should) applies automatically when you go to the checkout page, it doesn't show on first step.

I don't believe they do any customizations due to the automated nature for these servers. They don't want to have to go in and install a HDD or anything else that a remote hand needs to do.

I actually have one of the 5800X in NY. Solid stuff. Good to know that RAM and additional storage is possible.
