In your offer you have listed Intel-Xeon-E5-2699-v3.
Look at your offer and cpu model
The hardware we use most often is written, I am correcting the issue in order to avoid confusion, thanks for informing
Our overseas services have just started, so we make mistakes. please keep giving advice to improve ourselves
Hello,
Your support notifications regarding the ID number you sent have not reached our authorized unit. Could you please send me the IP address of the product you purchased via private message so that I can assist you faster?
I asked you this yesterday but did not receive an answer.
Thanks
hi, test ip address
149.13.5.134
For VDS with configuration
this is expected (again this is VDS so core is not shared)
Do you agree?
May I know the ip address so that our can check it?
Check the VDS CPU and geekbench 6 score
It is low for a VDS

Can you send the ip addresses so we can check?
@dev_vps Did you like our vps campaign and prices in general? we offer the best possible features at the lowest price
Get me a VDS for three days and I will share my feedback and review here
Almost 8 years
Where is the IPv6, also @yoursunny I looked for your comment about IPv6
We want to focus our sales on vps, so I think it would be more appropriate to give vps to you.
I mentioned VDS because I wanted to test whether vCores are shared or actually dedicated cores as mentioned in your offers.
The geekbench 6 score for VDS indicates that cores are actually shared.
Show these numbers to your technical team and get their opinion. I am pretty certain you will have a great excuse why GB 6 score is low for dedicated cores.
I sent you the IP addresses in a private message.
I'm quoting your friend Erhan from support here:
"Hello, our servers have a 100 Mbps upload speed and a 1 Gbps download speed. In this context, I couldn't identify any issues."
Despite showing the same results as here, is this some kind of joke?

Oh my god, even @Calin has better support, better performance and network speeds.
Here is the information I got for now:
When xeon processors do not use hyper threading, they can open turbo boots and offer much better single core values.
If hyper threading is used, that is, the processor usage rate increases, it needs to return to the base clock ghz, so it gives 2.3 ghz results in single core values.
since the tested bulgaria location has just been put up for sale, there are only a few vps servers in it, so the server is almost empty so it can offer higher single core values
In the other tested location, the server occupancy rate is almost full, so it can offer base CPU values.
I hope these answers will suffice,
I would like to present it to you from our locations in turkey and bulgaria for testing but we want to present it as vps especially because we do not have any work on vds at the moment and we have focused only on vps on let, We think it's the wrong time and place for vds testing
We remind you that you have the right to return if you are not satisfied with our vds or vps services,
Our aim is to provide the best quality service at the cheapest price.
not to deceive anyone or steal their money.
Hmm..
Then you're not supposed to offer VDS services since you guys "do not have any work on it" and clueless between VPS and VDS.
Just my 2 cents.
I think you misunderstood it.
We can evaluate our vds service on another post as you wish.
For example, tomorrow the topic of web hosting will be opened on let, it is not very correct to talk about vds there again.
Our offer picture has been updated.
According to the information I received from the technical team
The Vodafone Infrastructure we use for Istanbul Asia can offer better connections for connections outside Turkey, if you wish, we can transfer your current service to the Istanbul Vodafone data center.
Although there does not appear to be a problem for connections in Turkey in the data center we use for Istanbul Europe, their overseas connections are not as good as our Vodafone data center.
You can use speedtest to test Türkiye connections.
iperf3 Network Speed Tests (IPv4):
our campaign continues
current.
This is why you should post your offers instead of posting an image where you can make changes to it.
Thank you for your advice.
We do this to make our price and features more understandable, it is quite tiring to use it this way for us, but we think it is better.
@Rabisu
I tried to buy a VPS - and failed. After going through about 10 (I kid you not) rounds of "click all fields with a motorcycle in them" check, I was finally allowed to make a payment - which failed (multiple attempts) because 'paytr', your payment gateway it seems, couldn't establish a connection to my bank.
To add insult to injury when I tried to open a ticket I was confronted with a page in Turkish.
Sorry but IMO that takes you out of the list of providers one can take seriously. You might be great as a provider in the national level but what I experience clearly told me to forget about you, sorry.
I'm actually surprised someone tried their services after this sh!tstorm
