    Yup, I am aware of the issue. It looks like network issues at the datacenter so awaiting a resolution.

    The issues is still being investigated. My hands are tied at the moment. The server is still running it is purely a network issue.

    I hope the issue is now fully resolved. I am very sorry for this unacceptable downtime. I am incredibly frustrated myself at how it was handled.

    I am extending the service time of affected clients by a month, but please do open a ticket to ensure you get this extension.
