    It's possible, because as far as I know, most hosts first activate pending orders and then activate LET exclusive benefits. I'm not sure about the exact process for Fiberstate. However, based on common sense, I hope that my pending order should be activated first, and then LET exclusive benefits.

    Both of my boxes were activated with the benefits included. It doesn't make sense for them to deliver your box then coordinate to take your box down to add the ram afterwards..
