So now I am truly confused, is Terrahost now 'owned' by Kindgom Ventrues aka Kingdom Companies aka Epik Holdings, or was "transferred" to Epik LLC?... or is it, as some imply, to be its own independent and totally disconnected legal and finical entity to which has no possible impact/effect from this whole ordeal?
There’s no way ICANN approved the sale anyway. They basically make you go through the whole process of starting fresh, just you take over domains in the process.
They aren’t knocking this out in a couple days.

seems Terrahost has landed with Epik Holdings/Kingdom Ventures because this is where the other Epik's non-domain businesses settled down, like Bitmitigate (their CDN Hosting, DDoS brand)

I’m not even sure how it works to be contractually obligated and on the hook for a lot of debt with a foreign asset, but, with all of the debt Epik has I’m not sure how that deal could possibly officially go through.
