I've always wondered why people think Contabo's pricing is so great. Italy is a much more expensive market and we can match their prices at a different quality.
Yes, a few years ago it would have been a steal (pun intended), but not anymore.

Contabo is pretty good. A lot of people say they over-allocate a lot*, but in the past 24 hours, my average CPU steal number is about 5-10:

*this is true, but luckily, my vps is on a good node.

I once had a uptime of over 200+ days, but I restarted my vps due to some kernel updates.

Yeah, now please show your CPU usage, not only steal.
If your VM asks for 5% of CPU and has like 5% of steal... then imagine how much it gonna be if you try to use like 40% :D

CPI usage was averaging about 25-30 %

do any of you have netcup's dedicated core's YAB?

also dedicated core means they assign whole thread to the vm right?

    Some time old one

    Seems like good scores!!!

For that price its great. And your cores are dedicated.

I can confirm that. RS1000 g9.5 from 2022 easter. Network, CPU performance unique good and no downtime except my own reboots:D

I think that they have the best VDS line on this price in the low-end market. Only negative is the bureaucracy with contracts and billing periods.

AFAIK, there is only one alternative with price/performance ratio comparable to contabo: webtropia.com

    Yeah, Prometeus also great.

Proof of what? Uptime? Lack of steal? For price, yes:
