    Hi,

Any client registered on my.webhorizon.net may post their ticket id and I'll take a look into it.

The Germany node has been blocked by our upstream provider resulting in internet loss, we are actively working with the upstream to bring back the node. Please bear with us while we fix the issues.

Your tickets are currently "In Progress", due to huge surge of tickets, we are experiencing delays in responding.

I have pushed your ticket to Abd, and I assure it will be resolved soon.

  • What's current status of JP NAT ? the ipv6 seems be down for quite a long time.

that's it...my jp machine only has ipv6...so it lost connection now...sad

I am sorry about this, we migrated Japan location to our own hardware around 1st April
However, the IPv6 were not migrated and the upstream took extra time to announce our IPv6 subnet (they update filters manually). I were constantly following up on this.
This has completed on 20th April and the new IPv6 should be live now.
Please check the new IPv6 from control panel .
I will extend the renewal dates for services affected by this , kindly PM me the registered email id. Apologies for the trouble.

Can you PM @Abd your client ID or email so that we can identify your account and check for any issues.

    Apologies.

My ticket #158042 is open for three weeks or so.

I still don't get why you migrated IPv6-enabled (and in my case: IPv6-only) services to a location with non working IPv6.

My VPS can not be started. Please reboot for me. I have created 2 tickets but nobody replies them yet.
I can not access Control Panel, neither.
    My ticket #: 7815406.

    thank you!

    Blocked again?

    It seems so.
Login/Ping via IPV6 is possible, but the my NAT in DE has no connection to IPV4.
Also the OVZ controll pannel states the VPS is offline.

Subject: Scheduled Maintenance for Permanent Fix of IPv4 Network Issues on LXC Services
    Hi ,

We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you about an upcoming scheduled maintenance action on 1st May, 2023, which will begin at 11:00 AM GMT and end at 11:00 PM GMT.

As you may recall, at the start of April, we experienced some issues over IPv4 network on our LXC services, which caused inconvenience to all our clients. While a temporary fix was applied, we have been working to implement a permanent solution to prevent such issues from happening in the future.

We are pleased to announce that a permanent fix is now available, and we will be moving all our services to our own physical hardware in Norway with 10G port speeds. This will provide a more stable and reliable infrastructure, ensuring that our clients can continue to enjoy uninterrupted service with us.

The scheduled maintenance action is necessary to facilitate the move to our own physical hardware. IPv4 shall remain the same, however due to technical reasons IPv6 will change.
We understand that any service interruption can be inconvenient, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Our team will work diligently to minimize any disruption to your services during this maintenance period.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. If you have any questions or concerns about the scheduled maintenance action, please feel free to reply this support ticket.

Thank you for your continued trust and support.

    Respectfully,
    Abdullah W.

They trying to fix thing. Sunday mid-day e-mail (that went to spam) that Monday shit gonna be down for 12 hours. Good luck Abdullah, but this is too much for me.

I was under the impression you had an account that was a host rep? In any case, you should apply for one.

I believe you're confusing with the other one, the company didn't do well and I didn't apply for one on that and just let it die.

I'm not sure if I can post updates on behalf of @Abd on my personal account.

10 minutes to end of 12 hours scheduled (24h earlier, lol) maintenance window. Have you noticed anything changed @srch07 ? Because my ssh session is still working, IPv6 is from Hetzner, ping did not change, uptime seems to be 55 days.
