Trocador is a privacy-centric instant exchange swap aggregator made by Monero community members.
Fun fact - they appear to be hosted on Incognet themselves.

I have personally not used it, but used a similar service called Swapzone which is not very privacy friendly(JS, Tracking and a whole bunch of other shit)

I first learned about it from /r/BTCPayServer . As far as an exchange goes, it marks most things off my list. I wish it'd do Oxen, since a couple of the lokinet folks prefer it (understandably).

Direct them to xchange.me, I will inform them of Trocador as well - maybe they will start working with them so you can accept Oxen easily
I see letsexchange.io is with them, they are working on Oxen implementation as well, so it may come sooner than xchange.me partnership.
