Love how you put Monero first like the true giga chad you are <3

Any BGP options available not that I need it but maybe in the future.

Monero is our preferred form of payment.

No BGP options with us, sorry.

Monero is king and we all know it.
No worries about BGP, anycast is useless anyway.

Monero codebase is extremely messy, bootstrap is centralized(its basically a remote killswitch, all bootstrap infra - DNS TXT records are operated by fluffypony and hosted by French company Gandi which I can say with high confidence, is compromised and he had access to them even while in jail), decoy section mess is beyond repair at this stage - once shit hits the fan, all tx'es will get de-anon.

These are just a few issues(not all) I have with XMR, do not treat XMR as a replacement for good opsec - it wont stay in "current state" forever.

Was listening to a Darknet Diaries episode a while back, forget which episode (they're all pretty good) that was discussing some of the agencies that do crypto-tracing. The IRS, DHS, FBI, etc all have agents who specialize in this. Was mentioned the liklihood of Monero being able to be traced in a way that isn't publicly known yet, as well. If I figure out the episode number, I'll let you know.

I always just assume everything that we learned from Snowden is 10X worse and 10X more capable now.

We have a few guys paying with Oxen but I try not to support it too much just because I can't really do anything with it and I can't convert it to anything useful to pay bills with.

What are your thoughts on Zcash?

What are your thoughts on Zcash?

Zcash zk-SNARKs are way way better than Monero Decoys. Zcash is generally comfy, but I don't like the fact that Snowden was included in Genesis block or whatever.
But that's my personal problem with him as I believe he is a compromised individual and FSB's puppet.

Getting back to OXEN, In my opinion its a fork of Monero that actually makes it better.
Its market support is getting better and better and you can actually start doing anything with it.
Check out tradeogre and xchange.me for no-kyc instant swaps of OXEN for XMR, BTC etc.

@MannDude said: English, please. I'm not Australian.

I would think with a name like Mann Dude you would know some German. sinnloser Stoß

Sounds more dramatic than Italian: urto inutile

But not as muscular as the Spanish: golpe sin sentido

The French sounds very French: bosse inutile

Irish is very to the point: bump gan phointe

    So is Dutch: zinloze kick

I have no idea if any of these are an accurate translate but that's what Google says.

@Maounique is this the right Romanian: cucui inutil. Sounds like an infant trying to say "cociu involucrated".

@MikePT is this good Portuguese? solavanco sem sentido

    My favorites are these:

    Norwegian: meningsløs støt
    Swedish: meningslös bula

But since you're so picky, ok: POINTLESS BUMP

Just ordered my first IncogNET VPS. From Portland, Oregon (IncogNET test IP):

Thanks! What'd you think of the order process?

Pretty sure I found your VPS. BW has been doubled and I just added the HDD to it. Stop/start it from the control panel to have it added. :)

    It means useless headbump
Cucui is the swelling where you have hit your head.

I am afraid there is no equivalent in a Romanian word for bumping threads. In Romanian when you "bump" something is only down or lateral, never up.

We have a saying here: Un sut in cur e un pas inainte which means an ass-kick (in the sense of getting the boot, disposing of you, firing you) is pushing you ahead in life by "unstucking you", opening new opportunities.

I suppose this would be the equivalent of that for threads :P .

Ayyo, thanks for that. Usually a https://changenow.io user but they don't swap Oxen. Just tested xchange.me with 1,000 Oxen and it sent me the LTC as I expected. Finally, can do something with Oxen that isn't on the loki network. Thanks for the tip.
