    @kuroit Nice to see, you are closing costumer tickets.

    I was simply asking you about an ETA when you fix your network issue and/or why you are not putting costumers affected on your other UK location.

    Instead you just close the Ticket.

    Successfully refunded due to customer request. It may take a few days for the money to reach the customer's bank account.
    An Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) will be available in 1–3 business days.
    It may take 5-10 business days for funds to settle.

    How are speed for a UK audience for NL vs UK storage instances? I heard that most UK providers route through London so the only advantage for UK VPSes is lower latency, and speeds are pretty much in line (provided you're not using Path :) )
