I was simply asking you about an ETA when you fix your network issue and/or why you are not putting costumers affected on your other UK location.
Instead you just close the Ticket.
Automated system, nothing personal mate, and we go through closed tickets as well to make sure we dont miss anything out. If you still haven't received a reply, please let me know the ticket ID and I'll check it for you

You still have orders open for this location, despite the network is beyond repair.
The question regarding a refund is also avoided.

How are speed for a UK audience for NL vs UK storage instances? I heard that most UK providers route through London so the only advantage for UK VPSes is lower latency, and speeds are pretty much in line (provided you're not using Path )
