    If I understood correctly, ANNUAL BUDGET plan cannot upgrade to 10Gbps for free

    That is correct! No point giving free 10Gbps upgrade on Regular VPS if annual is going to be 10Gbps.

    This node has 2 x 1Gbps and I removed the network limits on your VM, I can move you to available 10Gbps node but that has different CPU (2Ghz one)?

    Added extra RAM & Space ;) Please reboot.

    All abuse reports are forwarded to clients so issue can be fixed.
    If upstream says its too much now and take strict action, we do!
