the 2TB disk is SAN based so it will be similar to any yabs you see from any other plan
All our storage is SAN based
The SSD is local and it will have different yabs
Opossum 2 is the one that have same specs as old Opossum but with IPv4

Not sure there is much difference with Polar Bear...which is unbeatable on price, $48 a year, for 2TB storage.
Runs NextCloud fine too.
Mouse was too good a price.
