Once again, very sorry for the delay on Singapore. Part of the reason is: https://mykn.kuehne-nagel.com/public-tracking/shipments/275527829?query=1050145117 - a shipment that should have gotten there 15th Dec, took an extra 35 days to get customs cleared. We've also been busy with moving LA away from Psychz, which was completed last week. Chicago is next month. Setting up new racks takes a lot of planning and effort.

There were also some delays from the provider on getting the rack space in Singapore ready, since this is a new setup, and not at our old datacenter there.

We have everything scheduled to be completed by the end of this week.

Any refunds that have been requested regarding this have been processed.

May I know which week? πŸ˜…

Wow, thanks for moving away from Psychz. πŸŽ‰ I have noticed improved bandwidth in LA since last week.

Then, our forwarder is better. They just cleared customs within 4 days. So, can we expect SG up & running by February ? You should have at least thrown an email about this.

  • Have to give a shout out to the whiners ere. Not only are Hosthatch making little in the way of profit on these services and suffering from operational problems beyond their control, but they also have to put up with this sort of mindless "are we there yet?" from the kids in the back seat here as well as the "OMG deadpool!!!!!!" nonsense.

At this rate we'll never see a good deal from Hosthatch ever again. Why would they bother? It's a shame because their storage deals have been top notch.

So thanks guys! Your constant efforts have come to exactly nothing but maybe they'll kill the deals if we're unlucky enough.

Agreed. They should offer deals to their existing customers and require people to get a referral for the deals to weed out the whiners... I'd support this

  • Would only agree with that ^ if HH actually answered tickets in a timely matter but they don’t

This feeling of keep waiting and keep delay, reminds me of virmach.

I hope Hosthatch will not cancel order and return money back to account instead of return to Paypal, like what Virmach did.

    Virmach shit forever. :(

    It's another week again. :'(

They only come to update the situation without providing the actual vps, they don't even have eta after updating the current situation, it could be next year, who knows ?

If there's no ETA, it means they are not sure if the server could be launch or not. At least there's big trouble, maybe from price, they feel they can't earn. So maybe all of our orders will be canceled.

After replying in ticket, I got My one :D Installed Pritunl & using it as VPN for now.

  • bandwidth usage chart

Does this readout in the control panel work for anyone? I've never seen it say anything above 0 bytes.

  • 3 VPS in total, all three work. Locations: Chicago and New York.

  • Guess I'll file a ticket.

    No.

Right after I paid for the service, I chose to forget about it, just because I want to be surprised by the "[HostHatch] New VM is Online" email some day

Personally, over the years, I have adjusted my expectations for heavily-discounted/promotional items - not just with HostHatch, but in general.

I see you're still bitter about having your order cancelled. One day you'll get over it... I guess.

    @tuna said:
still no update, they didn't reply any ticket ...

The servers will be delivered when they're ready. They obviously are still having problems. I don't care about the wait, I care about the deal.

They're heavily discounted so you're not going to get the same level of service. If you don't like that, pay full price.

What are they going to say anyway? That they're still not ready? We already know that.

I’m stoked got a refund and gave my money to another provider and was delivered same day, 2 months in epic service!

cant believe you're still whining from last year.

    gloating is different from whining

    hi this is gloating

    Still here?

    Shepard steering the sheep

I see you're still bitter about having your order cancelled. One day you'll get over it... I guess.

still no update, they didn't reply any ticket ...
