The servers will be delivered when they're ready. They obviously are still having problems. I don't care about the wait, I care about the deal.

They're heavily discounted so you're not going to get the same level of service. If you don't like that, pay full price.

What are they going to say anyway? That they're still not ready? We already know that.

I’m stoked got a refund and gave my money to another provider and was delivered same day, 2 months in epic service!

cant believe you're still whining from last year.

You'll be posting the same comment next year.

  • They sent a notification that a planned upate will cause a system reboot a while. That's great. Some providers don't even tell you and you find out later, oh we had to do a reboot or something.

Brilliant. Already love this company so far.

  • This host dead or something ? Way past 17th jan already, still no sign of my vps coming.

You got an invoice to renew a pending server you bought a month or so ago?

I didn't get such an invoice, and I'm in the same boat.

Yeah that's right, I had opened ticket about that problem 2 days ago and they as silent as usually. And nearly 1 month pending server, too.

  • Have just check their profile, last active January 13 where did they go?

Have to say I'm very happy with my STO 1TB VPS, just installed proxmox backup server on it and it's syncing my backups now.
CPU is spiking so I've limited it but still pulling around 10MB/s. Will definitely be a keeper!

High Probability now. Because My ticket is also unanswered for a few days.

  • Atleast HH is consistent with lack of communication on here and with support tickets
