Ouch, that is an unexpected but a very satisfying plot twist. Filed a ticket to upgrade.

  • Promo code not working for some reason

  • Can the comment order number be doubled in bandwidth?

Make sure using the correct promo code on the correct product AND the correct billing term (monthly/annual) if applicable.

Nonsense. All our mailings are legitimate, from our mailing list built up over 25+ years. Many are from the numerous hosting companies we have acquired over the years, merged into our operations. Signup may have been from one of those, and thus you may not recognize our main brand the mailing comes from therefore.

..and the unsubscription links works just fine, and is automated/instant removal. We have zero reason to keep anyone on our mailing list that doesn't want to be on there, it gains us nothing, and can only cause headaches.

IPv6 test IPs will be added shortly this week.
Looking Glass is on our to-do list, but no ETA on those yet.

Some of the newer data centers we just expanded to and facility info still pending update to the site.

Ports open by default except mailing ports in Seattle WA and some infrastructure ports in Denver CO. Should be perfectly fine for monitoring purposes...

Of course you have tested your "interspire" link for unsubscription and can confirm that it is working? Here is nice message with error for you:

The site at has experienced a network protocol violation that cannot be repaired.

    Stop spamming.

By the way, PHP 7.4 is EOL in 5 days. Advice to upgrade to supported version of PHP.

@jar please kindly add this to MXroute shit list. Thank you.

    Worked just fine for me.
I unsubscribed you based off the link you provided in the email you pasted.

And I can confirm you were absolutely a client of a company we acquired, and that is how you were on our mailing list.

    Apology accepted in advance.

I was client of Letbox, not yours. I gave permission to send emails to that company. I never agreed to receive your company emails.

    Apology denied.

    Have a wonderful day.

Yes, anything larger than 2TB requires O/S install via ISO, due to the GPT partitioning structure required. We can send you instructions for that if need be, we have a pre-created response for it. ;-)

It actually is included in the original VPS access details email, that ISO install with GPT required, but most users miss it, so we send another note about it when we see a larger Storage VPS ordered. ;-)

Actually, I do recall us talking about that in the past... ;-)
Boston just literally doubled our prices on power last month, so doubtful adding more gear there.
We had to remove some older power hungry gear, just to make the price increase tolerable, so we can absorb it, and not have to pass any increases on to our client base.

Well, we can delete one VPS and set it up fresh elsewhere, but Storage VPS is the one service we tend not to "migrate" data over on, due to excessive disk space of the service, and the time and bandwidth that would consume in the process.

My only idea for you here, would maybe open a ticket and ask nicely, and we can throw in a drive or two into an existing standard hardware node with extra drive bays unused. All depends on how much disk space you need, RAID requirements, and price you would be willing to pay...to see if we can come up with a viable custom solution for you ($30/year for 1TB BF special won't cut it....).

Can't do this often for everyone, but I know you been waiting on this forever from us. ;-)
