I can confirm that we do not go back and remove bandwidth upgrades manually, the double bandwidth is applicable for the life of the VPS service. The only way a situation like what you described could have happened is if you requested a VPS re-creation or similar in an interaction with our support department, i.e. a location move or some similar reason along those lines. In this case, please re-comment your order number and we will manually review and apply it again accordingly.
