Hi @NDTN , please don't be the next @hosthatch / @VirMach . I'm moving all my sites to GreenCloud from them now.

We are GreenCloud, for ~ 9 years already and will only be better in the future, no worries ;)

I hope so - while I'm happy with the very cheap VPSes I've been able to pick up - and they've been great so far - I hope the constant promos don't put you in a difficult situation in the future.

We have been reinvesting a good amount of profit in hardware and IPv4 blocks each year and will still do it in the future. As of now, we are owning ~ 10k IPv4 and we are a member of ARIN, RIPE and APNIC. That helps us cut the cost down and still profitable with our new ranges of services (Budget & Premium KVM). We will not offer anything unsustainable.

Hey guys, how would you rate GreenCloud support and uptime?

I'm thinking to get BudgetVM in NL to replace Racknerd VPS.

@NDTN any chance to get offer in EU with 2vCpu 3GB+ ram 30GB+ SSD, but with something faster than E5v3? E5v4, EPYC?
    Or 3vcpu E5v3? :)

at the top of my head, less than 15minutes. dont take it as an SLA though, but their VMs are mostly well configured to the point that not much support is needed, including IPv6.

You can take a look at our RyzenNL-2 plan here: https://greencloudvps.com/billing/store/premium-kvm-sale/ryzennl-2
    Our uptime stats: https://status.greencloudvps.com/
We might not have the fastest support, but normally tickets are answered in minutes. Here is our support overview last month: https://prnt.sc/uBo1LMM6tfV7

I have no complains so far about their support.

Haven't created that many tickets, but based on the ones that I have, TTO seems to be under 10 minutes for all of them.

Additionally, what options (if any) do you currently offer in VA?

    Thanks!
