I hope so - while I'm happy with the very cheap VPSes I've been able to pick up - and they've been great so far - I hope the constant promos don't put you in a difficult situation in the future.
I'm willing to stay with GreenCloud in the long term too.
We have been reinvesting a good amount of profit in hardware and IPv4 blocks each year and will still do it in the future. As of now, we are owning ~ 10k IPv4 and we are a member of ARIN, RIPE and APNIC. That helps us cut the cost down and still profitable with our new ranges of services (Budget & Premium KVM). We will not offer anything unsustainable.

My first ticket was to request an IPv6 subnet and I got a response with an IPv6 subnet assigned to my VPS in 4 minutes.
at the top of my head, less than 15minutes. dont take it as an SLA though, but their VMs are mostly well configured to the point that not much support is needed, including IPv6.
