@Donkey said: Can I bind nginx on this ipv6?

If you create a GRE tunnel on your server, you can then add/remove IP address to your interface for example ip -6 addr add foo:ba3::123/48 dev ROUTE48-TUNNEL and then have nginx listen to [::]:443 and add the IPv6 address to you domain DNS

If any DMCA notice, tunnel will be blacked?

    @Zappie @Cloudie please reply

It is a free service provided in good faith. Do not be the dickhead who abuses it.

@lebuser said: Personally I would reserve a /64 from the /48 that I want to use on the server, and then assign an address (/128) to the loopback (lo) interface:
ip addr add 2001:db8:f00:face::1234/128 dev lo

I guess there's a number of ways to do this, but I would assign that IP with /128 to the tunnel interface itself. As for routing loops, there are other more reliable ways to prevent them, such as explicitly allowing in ip6tables what you accept to be forwarded and from-to where.

Can't login from https://app.route48.org/login , which might be redirected to https://app.bgp.exchange/login while bgp.exchange has no control of tunnel brokers.

  • Sorry for the ignorance. Can someone help me with the settings?

This is what I have on my Tenda Router and instructions from the site:

    6in4 tunnel:

    6to4 tunnel:

They have a Discord with a ton of very helpful members, and may even have configuration settings available in a guide for you to follow: https://discord.gg/s5BdceQHQK

There was a 5 min redirection 2 days ago whilst we handled several thousand chinese bot connections to the registration endpoint.

The reason BGP.exchange was chosen is because one of the guys on our team wrote their endpoint and knew it would time them out and stop them from registering bot accounts.

If you still see the login page for bgp.exchange, please clear your cache as the redirection was removed when we pushed our fix to our login endpoint.

Edit: additional info/rewording first sentence for easier reading

Like @Xrmaddness said, join the discord and you'll most likely find someone that has a similar setup to yours to help out, most items that you will need to change are listed in your tunnel config on the dashboard.

  • For 6in4, the config given is with /48 prefix. But on my router /64 is not editable.

Hello Bhai, you can simply use the prefix assigned there as /64. The /48 will be split and the first /64 will be used. Everything should work as expected.

  • Amazing!

  • I can't log in https://app.route48.org
    "403 UNAUTHORIZED ACTION."
    password reset doesn't help.

  • I just tried it, I can log in fine.

Without any real details, it does appear that your account got banned/suspended for some reason.

Best to jump into one of the support channels.

  • What is this service used for? At home, my ISP provides ipv4, so why do I need ipv6? For VPS, I get my own ipv4, here too, why do I need ipv6? Please someone explain to me in layman's terms. Sorry but I am very confused 😫

Nowadays I use Route96 for exotic locations.
Twice the prefix length, twice the downtime.

Route96 IPv6 Tunnel service is the best. I was using it since I can remember. In the near future they will implement also IPv9 tunnel, so connection to @yoursunny SummerHost will be very easy. Peering is great in Russia and also in China (in India everything is shitty, so I don't count that). This is probably first tunnel officially supported by China Telecom. Using that service you can legally bypass China Great Firewall! Also support is very fast, they don't delete or close support tickets after creation like other LET providers, first auto response to ticket is just after 5 seconds!

The problem is that you need an invite code. You can get it by writing to @cociu. I heard that other way to get invite code is to upload publicly your photo with colander on your head.
