With the noticeable exception of one provider who shall be named if they continue to ignore me on this forum, most of the other providers I have had, I have not seen any blips in uptime which defies the rule of cheap things are no good and good things are not cheap! Kudos to the providers that serve my services with honour!

I mean, yeah, if you configure it properly. If you just deploy an AWS EC2 instance Amazon can just say "oh hey ur hypervisor is failing" and tell you to gtfo to a new one.

May be Hostsolution? They are improved a lot lately, my uptime monitor didn't alert me for a while.
