    Good job on closing my ticket #933621 without fixing the issue.
    And not responding ticket #848159 regarding the issue.

    Loaded balance, Paid, and no VPS yet. Now it showing as canceled and my balance is still taken.

    We've fixed the VNC issue that had an open network page. This should help with catching up to tickets and everything else as a result. I'll keep everyone updated.

    If you go ~15 pages back, there were several conversations on this. If you go into the Control Panel, you can reload as many times as you want.

    Limit is there because (iirc) some fuckers were reinstalling systems 24/7 after getting it provisioned and killed the I/O.

    Yes, I add funds for how much I expect to spend overall when the sale starts. Then add more if when I run out :) Anything left over gets used on renewals.
